We are I.O.T.P.!

I.O.T.P. ( Inspirations of the People) is a group of young women age 14-23, who represent the R.O.C.K. your program Girl Life Coaching as community outreach workers and community art assistants. Our mission is to the lens of the program and our communities. Our is to having conversations with community heroes, people of influences, and local organizations and businesses to impact positive change in our communities. We are the writers, photographers, and visionaries of the R.O.C.K. Your Life Girls program. This is our blog, our words, our stories, and our community!



I.O.T.P. consists of Community Art Assistants and Community Outreach workers:

Community Art Assistant:

The community art assistant (CAA) is a unique position because it will partner with the Theater Arts Coach, and become her assistant. The CAA needs to know how to write and be organized. The CAA will be editing and writing stories for the newsletter; will be taking picture and documenting the program.  Sometimes the CAA will be assigned a team, the program director, an intern, a DJ at Big City Radio to follow them around, take pictures and write a story for the newsletter; and their work will be uploaded on the website. The CAA is the lenses of the program. This position is great for an individual who loves to create, sing or dance, and enjoys being in front of the room.

Community Outreach Worker:

The Community Outreach Worker (COW) will be directly related to Big City Radio
101.3 FM.  The COW will be our junior sales rep and will also go out and do community service. The COW needs to be responsible, organized and accountable. The COW will have two goals: 1^st goal: They will offer Big City’s media package to business where they will learn presentation and leadership skills. 2^nd goal: The COW will volunteer in the community, representing R.O.C.K. Your Life and Big City Radio. This position is great for an individual who enjoys socializing, and enjoys selling things. If you are a blooming entrepreneur this role is for you.
